God’s Creation, His Sustaining Power, His Redemption
I took this picture at Mono Lake in Lee Vining, CA back in September. My daughter had planned an REI hiking trip, and we saw the breathtaking beauty of God’s Creation. It was a great family trip! The splendor of how all of this creation just maintains itself when there is really no philosophical reason for it doing so, apart from God Almighty, is ever present.
This Thanksgiving, I’m so thankful for God’s redemption via His Son, Jesus Christ (http://www.goodpersontest.com). With all of the turkey , dressing, macaroni and cheese, charcuterie trays, green bean casserole, rolls and cornbread, let’s give thanks to the Lord of Hosts for all He has given us!
BTW, there were some geothermal examples we were able to see, like the warm springs near Lee Vining, and the cool breezes from rock tunnels in Yosemite. Altitude weather changes and slight sickness are real effects, too.
