Tyler was beyond professional, came out in a quick time frame when my A\/C went out. Inspected the unit, found the issue and had it resolved within 15 minutes! He proceeded to tell me the current status of my A\/C unit, the cause of the issue and provided excellent detail the whole time while on site! Could not have asked for better service! Our AC has had issues keeping our house cool in this extremely hot weather. I called The AC Doctors around 8 AM to ask for them to come check it. They responded quickly that technicians would be here around noon. They were very prompt and were able to find and fix the problem. The unit is no longer running constantly and the house is cool. (There were a few scheduling issues, but they resolved them quickly and professionally.) Their price was the best out of three estimates, but they didn’t sacrifice service.
